Walking Rally 2003
Skytop Lodge Walking Vacation
Our 2003 Rally was held at Skytop Lodge in Eastern PA. Fift-one people attended the four-day event.
We enjoyed daily hikes, yoga, tai chi and pilates classes, water aerobics, delicious meals and the elegant splendor of one of America's finest historic hotels.
On our final evening, we had a dance band and enjoyed the Skytop Tradition of the Grand March.
I think just about every person joined the march, which involved holding hands and snaking in and out of the lobby, onto the porches and adjoining rooms, coiling and uncoiling, and lots of laughter. We were really moving! According to our Skytop Host, "No one has ever jogged the Grand March!" Until now!
