If you would be interested in learning about geocaching as a way to get out and do more recreational walking, shoot me an email. I just learned about this fun way to enjoy the outdoors last fall. There are hundreds of Geocaches in the Lehigh Valley area. If I can gather a small group together, I would gladly run a workshop to introduce you to it.
